Last year, I obtained my Remote Pilot certificate from the Federal Aviation Administration. This made me a licensed drone pilot, able to fly legally in all appropriate airspace and eligible for liability insurance. So far, I've carried out about 20 real estate assignments with the my DJI Phantom drone.

Drones can create a subtle enhancement of ordinary earthbound perspectives, or show what simply can't be seen otherwise. Without the aerial perspective, you couldn't see the lake, the mountains or the park near these homes.
